8 Jumbo Farmer Brown Eggs
¼ cup cream
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 large tomato chopped
1 tablespoon thinly sliced spring onion tops
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt together until well blended.
Melt butter in non–stick pan over medium–low heat until hot, pour in egg mixture. Reduce heat as egg mixture begins to set on bottom of pan. Stir.
Cook until eggs are almost set, fold in tomato and spring onion. Heat scrambled egg through.
