 
      Pizza with Eggs
Time: 30 min
Serves: 3-4
	1 pizza base
	1/2 cup tomato pasatta
	200 grams sliced or grated mozzarella cheese
	1/2 cup black olives, stoned
	100 grams prosciutto slices or salami
	2 tablespoons chopped basil
	2 eggs
	Spread pizza base with tomato pasatta.
	Top with mozzarella cheese, olives and chopped basil
	
	Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes or until starting to bubble. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top and gently crack over two eggs.
	Return to the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes until the egg is just cooked.
